Tell Us About Your Yards
About three minutes. Pin each yard on the map and choose a single count or counts through the year.
YardCount / Audit-Ready Stockpile Counts
Your district buys, stores and uses thousands of tons of rock, dirt and millings, all of it paid for with taxpayer dollars. YardCount measures what is in your yard and gives you a signed, dated record of it.

Why It Matters
Invoices document what you purchased. Haul records document what you used. An independent stockpile measurement verifies what remains.
Without that check, small differences add up unnoticed, and when the State Auditor asks how you support your inventory balance, your office is left reconstructing months of activity.
What You Get
We fly your yard with a drone, measure every stockpile in 3D, and report tons on hand by material, compared with your book tons. That helps you:
The count starts the record. Your review and follow-up show responsible management.
Every Pile. One Flight.
